Royal Shredding was conceived with the desire to provide a shredding business that is truly committed to service and the satisfaction of its clientele.

While working in the document destruction industry, Royal Shredding's General Manager realized the necessity of an organization that could respond to the document destruction needs of its clients and not the needs of the service provider. It became very evident that building a new business from the ground up was the only way to implement this philosophy. After much research, discussion with potential clients and other industry service providers, and feasibility studies, the development of a sound business plan emerged. With the cultivation of solid business partners and financing, Royal Shredding officially opened its doors in October of 2004.

Royal Shredding intends to build its reputation on being the most service oriented shredding company in Ontario. We will build solid, long-term relationships based upon honesty and trust, with each and every one of our clients. To show our commitment to these goals, Royal Shredding has undertaken numerous quality control and quality assurance commitments. All employees of Royal Shredding must;

• have an annual drug test,
• pass our technician testing,
• comply with our strict technician policies and procedures,
• comply with our confidentiality agreement,
• wear the company uniform while on duty,
• display the company photo id badge while on duty,
• and comply with the NAID Code of Ethics.

Royal Shredding is committed to maintaining the highest of standards. Royal Shredding is a member of NAID, NAID Canada , three local chapters of the Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau. This organization protects our clients through; liability insurance, errors and omissions insurance, and bonding. We are also currently seeking an independent audit to receive AAA Certification of our mobile operations.
