If you decide that you want your materials shredded off-site at our place of business, our policies ensure that your material will be securely destroyed. Royal Shredding processes require that:

  • All staff handling your materials meet specific standards,
  • All documents transported must be in a secured vehicle driven by a qualified, bonded and insured driver,
  • All documents must be secured in a locked facility accessible only to and handled by approved staff while awaiting destruction
  • Documents must be destroyed only by approved employees
  • A signed document of destruction must be forwarded to the client upon destruction of the materials
